| If you are 18 or over you can register with a dentist by completing a simple form. This can be done in person at the practice or just enter your details here and we will complete the necessary paperwork ready for your signature. This will guarantee your place at EH Dental Practice Edinburgh even if you are too busy to make it in to see us for a few weeks. | ||

| NHS rules state that we must carry out an examination before we register any child. You can still reserve places for your children using the form here and we will keep a space just for them. | ||

What happens next? |

| After online registration, it takes around 1-2 business days to complete your paperwork after which our appointment co-coordinator will call you to schedule your first appointment. Alternatively if you wish you can you can call our reception team direct. | ||
